Combination Bargaining Method for Multi-Evaluation Conclusions Characterized by Disagreement

针对多属性综合评价中存在的“多方法评价结论非一致性”问题,提出了一种意见分歧特征下的多评价结论协商组合方法.首先,获取评价双方的协商信息,建立基于协商点总偏差最小的二次规划模型,然后用求得的最佳协商点对方案进行排序.该方法具有协调分歧意见,集成评价者(或决策者)知识经验,优化评价结论等特点.算例验证了该方法的有效性.
