摘要
石灰、粉煤灰胶结体系中,可用磷石膏作粉煤灰的硫酸盐激发剂,但该系统在常温下凝结较慢,早强不高。研究表明:将烧结磷石膏掺入石灰-粉煤灰胶结料,由于半水石膏自身的水化,可缩短胶结料的凝结时间,促进强度发展。电镜扫描结果表明:针柱状晶体的生成促进了胶结料强度的发展。石灰-粉煤灰-磷石膏系统对土具有一定的稳定效果,可用作筑路用无机结合料。
Phosphogypsum can be used as a sulphate activator for the lime and fly ash system,but this system sets slowly and its early compressive strength is not high under the normal temperature. The research showed that the calcined phosphogypsum adding into the lime and fiy ash binder could reduce its setting time and enhance the development of the compressive strength due to the hydration of the semi-hydrated gypsum.
