摘要
以鳞片石墨为原材料,制备出了含有钛酸四正丁酯的石墨层间化合物,加热膨化获得了TiO2嵌入的膨胀石墨材料。在700℃和1100℃下改变膨化温度,分别得到了锐钛矿晶型和金红石晶型的TiO2。分别测定了农药模拟废水在紫外光照射条件下,以及在黑暗条件下的脱色率。结果表明,光降解率与TiO2的晶型结构相关,并且膨胀石墨载体除可负载TiO2外,还可吸附农药分子,而TiO2则具有较好的光降解活性。
Flake graphite was used as raw material to prepare graphite intercalation compounds(GIC) ,which had tetra-n-butyl titanate inside. The GIC was heated and exfoliated to obtain expanded graphite inserting with TiO2. When the expanding temperature was changed,the TiO2 with the anatase-type structure(A) at 700℃ and the rutile-type structure(R) at 1100℃ was obtained.
