沸石及凹凸棒石黏土对铅、镉在肉鸡肌肉和肝脏中残留的影响 被引量:12

摘要 试验选用1日龄AA肉用仔鸡240羽,随机分为4组,每组设6个重复。分别饲喂基础日粮或基础日粮中分别添加了5%沸石、5%凹凸棒石黏土(凹土)、5%改性凹土的试验日粮,以研究沸石、凹土及改性凹土对重金属铅、镉在肉鸡肌肉和肝脏中残留的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮中添加沸石、凹土,明显降低了重金属铅、镉在肌肉中的沉积,但对肝脏中铅、镉含量影响不大;日粮中添加改性凹土,能明显降低铅、镉在肉鸡肌肉和肝脏中的沉积。 A total of 240 1-day-old AA commercial broilers were randomly allotted into four treatments with six replicates for each to study the effects of zeolite and attapulgite clay on the residual of lead and cadmium in breast and liver of broilers .The birds were fed with basal diet,basal diets added with 5% zeolite,5% attapulgite clay,5% modifi ed attapulgite clay,respectively.
