摘要
采用线切割方法对金属纤维多孔材料进行高精度加工。为保护材料的孔结构在线切割加工过程中免遭破坏,采取用石蜡保护孔隙结构的方法:加工前将孔隙中填充石蜡,石蜡随纤维材料一起进行线切割加工,加工完成后再将石蜡排出。本文详细研究了孔隙中填充石蜡以及排出石蜡工艺,结果表明:实验采用的"填充石蜡-线切割加工-排出石蜡"的方法可较好地在线切割加工过程中保护孔隙结构,加工结束后石蜡可顺利排出,特别适合孔隙度大于80%的金属纤维多孔材料。
