摘要
利用图形组态方法,对中速磨直吹式制粉系统进行DCS一体化实时仿真建模,仿真结果正确反映了各工况参数及其动态响应过程。基于DCS一体化的仿真系统直接利用现场DCS控制系统,提高了仿真机的物理逼真度和功能逼真度,并从根本上提高了仿真精度。
For figure configuration method, simulation modeling of Medium-mill & Direct-fired Pulverizing System is erected based on DCS integration. The simulation result reflects the operation parameters and dynamic response course.The simulation system based on the DCS integration makes use of the local DCS control system, improving the physic fidelity and function fidelity of simulation system, and increases the simulation precision radically.
