阐述了福建电力培训中心仿真变电站的功能及应用情况;介绍了原系统存在的功能缺陷及升级改造的情况。
Functions and application of substation simulator of Fujian Electric Power Training Center(FEPTC)are set forth. the improvement to the system. The limitations of the former system and the upgrade and reconstruction are introduced.
