本文根据沿海地区的情况,指出利用海砂是解决建筑用砂缺乏的有效途径,但如不严格管理,造成海砂滥用问题,则会给社会带来巨大危害。同时,介绍了台湾地区“海砂屋”问题产生的原因及其危害,得出了相应的结论,最后提出了防治海砂滥用问题的对策。

According to the situation in coastal areas, applying sea sand is a potential approach for the solution of the problem for lacking sand. But if sea sand were abused, it would bring about enormous damages to the society. At the same time, the paper introduces the problem of Taiwan s building with sea sand, analyses its cause of formation, damage and the way to handling them, and then get conclusion. Finally, the paper finds the way to handling the problem of abusing sea sand in the china mainland.
