在当前竞争激烈的建筑市场中,针对施工企业普遍存在的工程项目成本管理缺陷,从施工合同管理、现场管理及竣工结算三个方面探讨对工程项目成本的有效控制。
With some typical defective management in projecting cost by construction enterprises, methods of effective controls of such costs as those in contracts management, on - spot construction management and final account of built projects are briefly analyzed based on specific constructing cases in this competitive building market.
