本文在大量实践基础上,通过对工程审价的定义,指出工程审价是工程决算阶段的必要程序,分析了工程审价的前期准备与工作延伸,提出工程审价针对的主要问题,阐述了工程审价需要注意的几方面工作及问题解决方法。

Based on a great deal of fieldwork, this paper defines the conception of auditing on engineering projects construction cost, points out that the audit is the important procedure in final accounting of construction, examines and finds the methods and some suggestions for audit are presented after analyzing the preparation and key problems.
