本文首先介绍了超限高层建筑的特点,以及超限高层建筑结构的热点研究问题,研究了超限高层建筑抗震设计的设计原则及设计要点,指出了超限高层建筑抗震设计中经常出现的问题。文中还针对厦门远华国际中心抗震设计进行了系统的分析,并介绍了全国及厦门市超限高层建筑抗震设防专项审查的情况和审查实例。

Abstracts: In this paper the characteristics of high - rise buildings and the hot research points of high - rise building structures were introduced, the seismic design principles and the main design points of high - rise buildings were also studied. The seismic design of Xiamen Farewell International Center was discussed in details. Several examples of the supervision on seismic design of high - rise buildings in China and in Xiamen City were presented in this paper.
