城市快速路建设迫切性讨论——以福州市二环路三期工程为例

Discussion on the urgency to build the expressway of city-Take the third stage project of Second Ring Road of Fuzhou as an example

本文通过福州市二环三期工程建设过程中围绕着是否一步到位按快速标准设计这一问题,从大福州快速道路系统规划与发展、交通发展、快速路与I级路投资对比、分期建设存在的问题以及快速路的效益等方面论证快速路建设的必要性和迫切性。

This paper has discussed around the design of the third stage project of Second Ring Road can be based on the standardization or not, from analyzing the plan and development of Fuzhou expressway system, the development of traffic, the comparison of investment of fast way and grade I road, the existing problems of phased construction and benefit of expressway, to demonstrate the necessity and the urgency of building the expressway.
