摘要
对出芽短梗霉发酵产生的普鲁兰多糖进行了烷基化改性,并通过扫描电镜、红外、元素分析及热分析等手段对其性质进行表征.结果表明:改性后的普鲁兰多糖呈带有孔洞的褶皱结构,具有更高的热稳定性,由水溶性成为水不溶,且达到了脂溶性的目的,有利于扩大普鲁兰多糖的应用范围.
The alkylate modification of pullulan which was produced by Aureobacidium pullulans was focused.The alkylpullulans were characterized by SEM,FTIR spectrum,elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis.The results showed that the alkylpullulans took the structure of drape with holes in them and improved thermal stability.In addition,the alkylpullulans were water resistant and had good so-lubility in general organic solvents.Therefore,these alkylpullulans would be got a large field of application.
