摘要
采用多种研究方法对福建省中学健美操课程开设情况及学生对待健美操课程态度进行调研.结果表明:健美操是中学生比较喜爱的体育课程,且具有一定的基础,但师资水平不高,场地、器材不足,训练竞赛缺乏等限制了中学健美操运动的普及与提高.
Various scientific methods are adopted to make research on the aerobic courses in the middle schools in Fujian and the students' attitude towards such courses.According to investigation,aerobic is popular with the middle school students,but due to the poor teaching resources,insufficient training equipment and field and the lack of competition training,aerobic has not been applied in the middle school to a great extent.
