摘要
简要介绍叶片气体交换和叶绿素荧光分析关注的主要内容和参数,重点综述了近十多年来国内外叶片气体交换和叶绿素荧光在植物逆境生理研究中的应用,尤其是干旱、高温、强光以及其它全球气候变化因子(CO2浓度升高、UV-B辐射等)的作用下叶片气体交换和叶绿素荧光特征,展望了未来研究的发展趋势.
