龙虎芪黄汤对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的保护作用

Protective Effect of Longhu Qinhuang Decoction on Immunological Liver Injury in Mice

观察龙虎芪黄汤对卡介苗(BCG)加脂多糖(LPS)所致小鼠急性免疫性肝损伤的影响,结果显示龙虎芪黄汤可显著降低BCG加LPS所致小鼠血清ALT、AST及肝组织MDA的升高,明显提高肝组织SOD的含量,抑制肝组织TNF-α的升高,能明显改善BCG加LPS所致的肝组织病理学损伤,而对肝组织NO含量则无明显影响。说明龙虎芪黄汤对BCG加LPS所致小鼠急性化学性肝损伤可起到保肝降酶、抗脂质过氧化、减少细胞毒因子释放的作用。

To observe the effect of longhu qinhuang decoction (LHQHD) on immunological liver injury induced by Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in mice. The results showed that LHQHD could reduce the levels of serum ALT, AST, decrease MDA, TNF-α, increase SOD of liver tissue, and ameliorate the pathological injure of liver, but had no obvious effect on the contents of NO of liver tissue.
