增龄对SD大鼠免疫细胞因子表达的影响

Influence of Aging on Expression of Immune Cytokins in SD Rats

探讨增龄对SD大鼠细胞因子表达的影响。把15月龄SD大鼠作为实验组,处死动物,摘取脾脏,提取RNA。同时采用3月龄的SD大鼠作为年轻对照组。采用美国Affymetrix公司RayBio大鼠细胞因子抗体芯片试剂盒检测细胞因子表达水平。结果:与3月龄大鼠相比较,15月龄大鼠脾细胞的IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α等细胞因子的表达下调。结论:SD大鼠的免疫细胞因子表达随着增龄而下调是是机体免疫衰老的的客观表现之一,这种现象与中医关于老年随着增龄肾气逐渐虚弱的认识相符。
