摘要
用失重法和电化学法研究了在0.5 mol/L HCl中Na2MoO4和EDTA对冷轧钢的缓蚀协同作用。研究结果表明,单独的Na2MoO4和EDTA对冷轧钢具有一定的缓蚀作用,为阳极型缓蚀剂,且在钢表面的吸附符合Temkin吸附模型。当两者复配后产生了明显的缓蚀协同效应,为一抑制阳极为主的混合抑制型缓蚀剂,并讨论了产生缓蚀协同效应的原因。
The synergistic inhibition effect of Na2MoO4 and EDTA on the corrosion of cold rolled steel in HCl solution was investigated by weight loss and polarization curves methods.Both Na2MoO4 and EDTA had moderate inhibitive effect on the corrosion,and acted as anodic type inhibitor for the cold rolled steel.The adsorption of Na2MoO4 and EDTA on the steel surface accorded with the Temkin adsorption isotherm.Incorporation of Na2MoO4 and EDTA significantly improved the inhibition performance.Polarization curves show...
