摘要
采用自行设计的一套装置研究了螺栓(35CrMoA)在湿H2S环境中的失效过程,对螺栓的化学成分、微观组织、宏微观断口形貌及裂纹尖端应力情况进行了分析。试验和分析的结果表明,在湿H2S环境中35CrMoA螺栓在一定的应力水平下会发生应力腐蚀破坏。
The failure of bolts made of 35CrMoA steel was studied by a self designed experimental approach.The analysis of component,microstructure fracture morphology of 35CrMoA steel and stress concentration at crack tip had been finished.The stress corrosion cracking would occur if the stress of the bolts made of 35CrMoA steel used in wet H2S environment is greater than a certain value.
