摘要
目的 探讨腹部切口脂肪液化的病因及防治措施。方法 回顾性分析我科自 1 996年6月~ 2 0 0 2年 6月施行大、中手术后发生切口脂肪液化的 95例病例。结果 肥胖、术中皮下脂肪层使用电刀、术后切口未予红外线照射理疗等因素各自与非肥胖、术中皮下脂肪层未用电刀、术后切口给予红外线理疗等比较 ,切口脂肪液化发生率均升高。结论 切口脂肪液化病因较多 ,肥胖、术中使用电刀。
