摘要
对甘肃河西野生沙枣的营养成分进行了测定和分析.结果表明:不同部位和不同采摘期沙枣总糖含量不同,沙枣粉、果肉粉、果核粉及青果粉总糖含量分别为58.36%、66.93%、60.70%及30.43%;沙枣粉氨基酸总含量为3.4%,蛋白质含量为6.76%,脂肪含量为5.43%,纤维素含量为8.69%;青果粉中脂肪含量为5.08%,蛋白质含量为9.18%,纤维素含量为16.89%.野生沙枣含有多种营养成分,尤其总糖含量较高.
An analysis on the fruit nutritional composition of the wild Elaeagnus angustifolia fruits from Hexi Corridor area of Gansu Province was conducted.The results showed that with the content of total sugar in fruits at different layers and different growing period altered.The content of carbohydrate was 58.36 %,66.93 %,60.70 % and 30.43 % in whole powder,pulp powder,kernal powder and green fruit power,respectively.The whole powder of mature fruits had 3.4 % of amino acid,6.76 % of protein,5.43 % of fat,8.69 % ...
