BTH对厚皮甜瓜过氧化物酶、几丁质酶活性和木质素积累的影响 被引量:9

摘要 通过BTH、BTH+挑战接种白粉菌分别处理银帝甜瓜幼苗第一片真叶,测定未处理的第二片真叶的POD、CHT活性及木质素积累。结果表明,BTH及其结合挑战接种处理后,第二片真叶的POD活性分别提高了4.34倍和9.96倍,CHT活性提高11.17倍和8.93倍,且木质素积累有所增加。 The first leaves of muskmelons (cv. Yindi) were treated with BTH and challenge inoculation with powdery mildew, POD and CHT activities and lignin accumulation of second leaves were determined. The results showed that POD activity of second leaves increased 4.34 times and 9.96 times respectively, CHT activity increased 11.17 times and 8.93 times and accumulation of lignin was increase too, after the first leaves were treated with BTH and BTH with challenge inoculation respectively.
