无角陶赛特羊和蒙古羊及其杂种后代血液生理生化指标测定分析

Measurement and analysis of Poll Dorset and Mongolia sheep physiological and biochemical indexes

对引入永昌肉用种羊场的无角陶赛特羊和当地的蒙古羊及其杂种F1、F2和F3代5个群体的主要血液生理生化指标进行了测定,根据其生理生化指标的差异对引入的无角陶赛特羊及其杂交改良的F1、F2和F3代对当地环境的适应情况进行了全面评价,结果表明其主要生理生化指标都在正常范围之内,适应性良好。

The main physiological and biochemical indexes of Poll Dorset, Mongolia and their descendants F1, F2 and F3 were measured. The adaptability to local envirment of these sheep were analysised according to the difference of physiological and biochemical indexes. The results showed that the main physiological and biochemical indexes were all at normal scope, the adaptability was good.
