在矿产资源日益减少和买方经济逐步形成的双重压力下,安西县以矿产品开采加工和皮棉加工为主导的经济发展受到严重制约。从资源优势、区域分工与合作、民营经济发展三个方面探析了安西县工业发展的战略,认为欠发达地区县域经济的工业化,应以其农业资源优势,尤其是区域特色农业资源优势为依托,发展农副产品加工业;加强区域分工与合作,充分利用大中城市的资金、技术和人才优势,与大中城市形成互补、共生的经济发展关系;大力发展民营经济,提高县域经济的市场化程度,使县域经济的发展充满生机与活力,形成持久、稳定的经济发展局面。
