摘要
钢结构住宅的推广应用,对国民经济的持续健康发展意义重大。但目前,我国钢结构住宅占住宅总量的比例与发达国家相比,相差甚远。其根本原因在于钢结构住宅的性价比不够合理。现提出一种安全可靠、经济实用、节能省地、绿色环保的钢结构住宅体系。
Extensive application of the steel residence is very important for the sustaining and healthy development of national economy.But at present,compared with the developed countries the proportion of the steel residences in all the buildings is smaller in our country.The essential reason is that the character- price ratio is not reasonable.It introduces a kind of steel residential system which is safety and credible, economic and applied,energy and land saving,green and environmental protection.
