摘要
我国社会经济的转型对经济法理论研究提出了如何应对未来社会经济重大战略的课题,对其进行研究应是我国经济发展的特殊任务。文章结合我国的具体实际情况,就新形势下如何对经济法理论创新提出相关见解。
Our socio-economic transformation put forward an important strategic issue about how to deal with the future social and economic development in China to the theory research of economic law.This research should be a special task of China s economic development.Based on China s actual situation,this paper proposed related opinions on how to innovate the theory of economic law regarding the new situation.
