Taking a compact spectrometer developed by Avantes Inc,Netherland as an example,the paper describes its applications to laser wavelength measurement.The spectrometer made by Avantes Inc.Netherland has many advantages,including high resolution,wider wavelength coverage,easy operation and small size,which can be integrated into the whole system for on-line measurement.
