摘要
对采用速凝厚片技术制备钕铁硼合金,并在制备过程中添加抗氧化剂和润滑剂来制备高性能钕铁硼磁体的方法进行了研究.研究结果表明,在厚度0.3 mm的合金中,添加0.04%抗氧化剂及0.03%润滑剂时,可获得剩磁Br为1.405 T、内禀矫顽力Hcj为1181 kA/m、最大磁能积(BH)max为370 kJ/m3的钕铁硼永磁体.
Rapidly quenching thick-strip technology was used in preparation of Nd-Fe-B alloy in this paper,in which antioxidizer and lubricant were added in the process.The research results showed that Nd-Fe-B alloy with high performance could be obtained when alloy flat was 0.3mm in thickness,addition of antioxidizer and lubricant was 0.03% and 0.02% respectively.The magnetic properties of sintered magnets could be attained: B_r= 1.405T,H_(cj)=1181 kA/m,(BH)_(max)=370 kJ/m^3.
