摘要
阐述了SSS-I型湿式双频双立环高梯度磁选机的工作原理,介绍了该磁选机在镜铁矿、褐铁矿选别及非金属矿除杂方面的应用.采用该磁选机选别可使褐铁矿的精矿品位达56%以上,回收率达65%以上;非金属矿产品中的铁降至0.07%.该磁选机是弱磁性矿物的一种有效分选设备,在实际应用中具有很强的适应性.
The working principle of SSS-I wet type double frequency pulsation double vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator is presented.The application of above separator in the separation of hematite,limonite as well as in the area of removing imparities from nonmetallic ore is introduced.Using this separator to process limonite can upgrade the iron contentrate above Fe 56% and with recovery more than 65%;and can reduce the iron content in non metallic ore products to less than 0.07%.This separator is a effe...
