浮型铝粉浆配制金属闪光漆的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用自制的浮型铝粉配制成铝粉浆,在基料树脂中加入约15%~18%的氨基树脂可提高漆膜的性能;在漆料中加入适量CAB树脂可提高铝粉片在漆膜中平行排列的效果;采用混合溶剂二甲苯、醋酸丁酯和丁醇可使施工黏度达到16~18 s及获得合适的挥发速率;采用湿碰湿(2C2B)涂装工艺,并控制闪蒸时间,可获得满意的漆膜,其指标基本符合车用漆的标准. In this paper,the design and coating technique of metallic sparkling coating were investigated by some experiments in which homemade floating aluminium powder was made into slurry.The properties of product were measured and generally complied with the standard of coating for automobile.Experiments indicate that the optical and physical properties could be balanced when 2 types of slurry in which aluminium powder had different diametres,were used;the properties of coating appearance could be improved when 15...
