摘要
对普通机床特别是大、中型关键设备进行数控改造,可有效地提高原机床的加工精度和效率,拓展原机床的功能,延长原机床的生命周期,增进企业在市场的竞争力。本文是在广西南宁发电设备总厂这几年对普通机床进行数控改造的经验总结基础上,阐述普通数控机床改造过程的一般技术路线和方法。
Reconstructed with numerical control (NC) system, the machining accuracy and efficiency of general machine tools especially the large or middle-scale key equipments could be enhanced effectively, and the function of the original machine tools is extended, and thus the life cycle of the equipment is prolonged.
