摘要
用塑料薄膜复盖铁板来进行拉深,大大地缓解了工件表面的局部变形力,减小了板材的局部变形程度,有效地解决了深拉深件表面拉毛和拉裂的质量问题,一方面保证了产品的质量;另一方面又节约了模具的制造费用,也不需要增加后续的去油工序。这对1mm左右的薄板深拉深件表面质量的提高具有普遍推广应用价值。
Iron work covered with plastic membrane is drawn with little local distortion force on work surface. By this way, local distortion degree of plates is reduced and the quality problems of scoring and drawing breakage are solved effectively. It is worth popularizing to increase the surface quality of deep-drawing work by 1mm plates.
