ZG8Cr26Ni4Mn3NRe钢分离器焊接工艺的研究

摘要 在分析ZG8Cr26Ni4Mn3NRe钢的焊接性和分离器结构特点的基础上,并依据其使用性能要求,对选用A3NO2专用不锈钢焊条的焊接工艺进行了试验研究,且成功实施了分离器产品的焊接。使用结果证明,焊接性能超过技术指标要求,产品的寿命较原来提高六七倍。同时也表明,分离器的焊接选用A3NO2专用不锈钢焊条是正确的,制订的焊接工艺是合理和可行的。 Based on the analysis of ZG8Cr26Ni4Mn3NRe steel welding performance and structural characteristics of the separator,and according to its performance requirements,the experiment about the welding procedure of special stainless steel A3NO2 welding rod is done,and the separator product welding is successfully implemented by the welding rod.The usage results prove that the welding performance is over qualification requirement,life of product increases by 7-8 times.It also shows that using stainless steel weldin...
