摘要
利用Moldflow软件对遥控器外壳塑件的不同浇口位置进行流动模拟分析。预测可能存在的气泡位置和熔接线位置及锁模力的大小,确定最佳浇口位置。以此为例说明MoldFlow在注塑成型中应用的好处。
In this paper,the injecting process of report controller with different gate locations were analyzed and simulated by using Moldflow software.By forecasting the positions of air bubble?weld lines and the clamp forces,obtains the best gate location.The result shows that Moldflow is good for injection molding.
