摘要
介绍了Pro/E三维建模软件与ADAMS动力学仿真软件的集成方法。运用该方法建立了四轮有轨运输车辆的虚拟样机,通过对虚拟样机的仿真与试验,验证了设计计算的正确性,预测了产品性能,优化了产品设计。
The integration method of Pro/E and ADAMS is introduced. By this way, the virtual prototype of automatic guide vehicle is built, then the simulation and test based on the virtual prototype are carried out. The validity of the results of theoretic calculation for the vehicle is testified by the test. Some performance of the vehicle can be forecasted and optimization design is carried out.
