摘要
针对某进口装置存在的问题,对该装置的脉冲出料阀结构原理进行了分析,并结合失效分析及国内外阀门新技术,依据流体力学理论对脉冲阀设计中存在的不合理性进行改进和方案确定,并对出料阀进行改造,经过较长时间的实际使用,证明改造设计方案是成功的。
The structure of the pulse valve was analyzed. According to theory of hydromechanics, with the study of failure analysis and the domestic and foreign new technology of valve, the structure of the pulse valve which was not effective enough was improved. Significant benefit has been made with the use of the improved structure for a long period.
