通过南宁糖业股份有限公司信息化项目的案例,对拥有多个下属分公司(分厂)的集团型企业如何有效进行信息化建设做了初步分析,总结出以“总体规划、分步实施”为原则,以自主开发系统与引进成品软件相结合建设管理信息系统的经验模式。
Analyzing the informatization construction project of Nanning sagar manufacturing Co.Ltd. Makes a study on how to implement the informatization construction effectively in group enterprises which hold many underling fillies, and finds an experience model of constructing the MIS (Management Information System) that is following the principle of collectivity programming and actualizing by stages, and engenders the building pattern of self-exploitation system integrated with finished software.
