经内镜放置钛夹治疗消化性溃疡大出血效果观察

Endoscopic titanium-clip placement in the treatment of severe hemorrhage complicated by peptic ulcers

目的 探讨经内镜钛夹治疗消化性溃疡合并大出血的价值。方法 4 0例消化性溃疡合并大出血病人采用经内镜钛夹止血。另 4 0例消化性溃疡合并大出血病人采用静脉内注射质子泵抑制剂作为对照。结果 内镜治疗组病人 90 % (36 /4 0 )入院后 1 2小时内止血 ,1人 (2 5 % )转外科手术 ,输血量 4 0 0～ 1 5 0 0ml(平均 80 0ml)。药物治疗组病人 2 2 5 % (9/ 4 0 )入院后 1 2小时内止血 ,2 6人 (6 5 % )转外科手术 ,输血量 6 0 0～ 30 0 0ml(平均 1 5 0 0ml)。两组比较有非常显著性差异。
