易腐烂有机垃圾处理研究现状和发展趋势

Study of the Present Situation and Developing Tendency of Putrescible Wastes

易腐烂有机垃圾主要为城镇菜场垃圾、餐馆饮食业垃圾、家庭厨房垃圾和果品市场的瓜果皮等食物类垃圾,具有含水率高、易腐烂、营养元素丰富、有害物质少等特征。文章根据易腐烂垃圾的特征、目前的技术经济状况,系统地论述了易腐烂垃圾的处理方法,并比较了这几种方法的优劣,提出了易腐性有机垃圾的处理发展趋势。

Putrescible wastes are mainly composed of municipal marked wastes, restaurant wastes, domestic wastes and fruit wastes from fruit market. They are characterized by high moisture content, putrescility, high in nutrition and low in harmful matter. Based on putrescible wastes characters, the technical and economic situation, this paper discussed the treatments of putrescible wastes, compared the advantages and disadvantages of these treatments and put forward the developing trend of putrescible waste.
