摘要 本文系统扼要介绍了DNA微阵列的技术方法和应用。包括DNA微阵列的制造原理、杂交和检测的方法,数据结果分析方法,DNA微阵列应用范围,优缺点和发展趋势。 The technology and application of DNA microarray were introduced systematically and concisely in this paper. The following aspects of DNA micoarray were included: its principles offabrication, methods of hybridization and detection, area ofapplication, advantages and disadvantages, new trends at present.
