摘要
合成了胡椒基甲基酮甘氨酸席夫碱及稀土配合物,并用元素分析、红外光谱、电子光谱和氢核磁共振谱对其进行了表征,结果表明:合成结果与理论结构相符。抑菌试验结果表明,该席夫碱配合物具有白色念球菌。
A new Schiff base of piperonaylactone and glycine with its rare-earth complex has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra,electronic spectra and^1H-NHR spectra. The consequence shows that their structures are the same of the theory chemical compound. The result of anti-bacterium activity test indicates that Schiff base has anti-bacterium activity againstNeformanns, P.aeruginosa and E.co.di under experimental conditions.
