摘要
目的探讨贵阳地区汉族绝经后女性I型胶原α1链(COL1A1)第一个内含子内Sp1结合位点基因多态性与超声骨量及骨代谢状态的关系。方法采用PCR-RFLP法检测COL1A1的Sp1结合位点基因多态性:用sunlight omnisense 7000TM型超声骨密度仪测量其左侧桡骨远端、左侧中指第三指骨、右侧胫骨中段SOS;血清骨钙素(BGP)测定采用放射免疫法,血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)及I型胶原氨基末端前肽(PINP)的测定采用酶联免疫法。结果COLlAl SPI结合位点的基因型均为SS型,未发现Ss和ss基因型。结论COLlAl基因多态性可能存在较大的种族差异,贵阳地区汉族绝经后女性COL1A1基因Spl位点多态性与骨量及骨折的关系尚不明确,该基因尚不能作为筛查贵阳地区骨质疏松高危人群的候选基因。
