UF-100和尿沉渣定量分析板法的相关性

The correlativity between UF-100 and the method of urinary sediment quantitative analysis board

目的探讨UF-100定量分析与手工显微镜检查方法计数红细胞、白细胞的符合程度。方法将100例尿液标本分别用UF-100和尿沉渣定量分析板计数红细胞、白细胞。结果以UF-100计数结果作为参照分为三组:Ⅰ组(<50/ΜL),Ⅱ组(50～400/ΜL),Ⅲ组(>400/ΜL)。将定量分析板法计数结果与UF-100计数结果进行比较分析,得出Ⅰ组符合程度良好,Ⅱ组符合程度最好,Ⅲ组符合程度一般。二种方法计数红细胞、白细胞结果经T检验,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论UF-100与尿沉渣定量分析板法计数尿液红细胞、白细胞的相关性良好(R=0.97;R=0.96)。

Objective To explore the coordinatation between UF-100 and manu-microscope examination for figuring out RBC,WBC. Methods With 100 urine specimans,figure out RBC,WBC by two means:UF-100 and urinary sediment quantitative analysis board. Results Take the result of UF-100 as reference and devide them into three groups:Group Ⅰ(<50/ μ l),Group Ⅱ(50～400/ μ l), Group Ⅲ(>400/ μ l). Compare the results of the two methods,we see GroupⅠis quite conformable, GroupⅡis the most conformable,and GroupⅢ is very common....
