惠州市惠城区服务行业流动人口对结核病认知及影响因素的现状调查

Knowledge of tuberculosis amongst service industry workers of the floating population in Huichen district

目的了解惠州市惠城区服务行业流动人口对结核病知识的知晓情况。方法利用整群抽样的方法对2005年8月～11月所有在惠州市结核病防治研究所参加体检但尚未接受培训的外来服务行业人员进行问卷调查,共募集合格研究对象270人(男110人,女160人)。结果流动人口对结核病知识有一定的了解,但综合得分不高,结核病知识综合得分合格者占34.8%。将平均得分作为应变量,以年龄、性别、文化、收入和工作场所为自变量进行LOGISTIC回归分析,结果显示:文化程度和婚姻状况与结核病知识综合得分显著相关(X2=19.650,P<0.01;X2=4.059,P<0.05)。通过对研究对象获得结核病知识途径的调查发现:文化程度不同的调查对象获得知识的方式比较差异有统计学意义(X2=6.87,P<0.01)。在期望获得结核病知识途径的比较中,不同文化程度和工作场所的调查对象对获得结核病知识的期望途径比较差异有统计学意义(X2=6.74,P<0.05;X2=17.81,P<0.05)。结论为了有效地预防和控制结核病在服务行业流动人口中的流行和传播,必须加强对这一人群的结核病知识的宣传教育,建立适合流动人口特点的宣传教育方式。

Objective To study tuberculosis related knowledge among the floating popu- lation who work in service enterprises in Huichen Disreict,Huizhou.
