摘要
目的分析几项与ARDS(呼吸窘迫综合征)模型有关的指标。方法选择NIH小鼠,用血气分析仪测定小鼠PH、PaCO2、PaO2;肺系数是由肺湿重除以体重乘以100%测定;PQLD50以寇氏法计算。结果正常NIH小鼠PH值为7.29±0.06,PaCO2为4.58±1.02,PaO2为12.07±1.27;肺系数为0.58±0.099;PQLD50为98.289。结论为临床、基础实验研究ARDS及其他呼吸系统疾病提供有力的相关数据。
Objective Analyzes indexes relating with ARDS(acute respiratory distress syndrome) model. Method normal NIH mouse, determine the PH, PaCO2, PaO2 of its blood by the blood gas analyzer; the lung coefficient is determined by result of the body weight devided by the lung wet weight to multiply by 100%; PQ LD50 is measured by Karber’s method; Result Normal NIH mouse PH value is 7.29±.06, PaCO2 is 4.58±. 02, PaO2 is 12.07 ±.27; The lung coefficient is 0.58 ±.099; PQ LD50 is 98.289.
