不同时期糖尿病肾病患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白检测

Determination of Serum Highly Sensitive C-reactive Protein in Pa-tients with Different Phase Diabetic Nephropathy .

摘要 目的探讨血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平与糖尿病肾病(diabeticnephropathy,DN)发展的关系。方法120例DN患者根据尿白蛋白排泄率分为正常蛋白尿组、微量白蛋白尿组和临床蛋白尿组,测定血清hsCRP、血甘油三脂(TG)、肌酐(Cr)、尿白蛋白(UA),以40名正常人为对照组。结果DN各组hsCRP、TG、Cr、UA均高于对照组,DN各组间hsCRP水平有显著差异(P0.05)。结论在DN的发展过程中有炎症因素参与,hsCRP为一危险因子,其水平可提示DN的损害程度。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum level of highly sensitive C- reactiveprotein(hsCRP) and the development of diabetic nephropathy .Methods 120 patients with diabetic nephropathy( DN)were divided into three groups base in urine albumin excretion rate( UAER ),the normal proteinuria group (n=40)、the microalbuminuria group (n=40) and the clinical proteinuria group(n=40).70 healthy individuals were normalcontrols.Measured serum hsCRP 、Trioleate glyceryl (TG) 、 Creatinine(Cr)、Urinary albumin...
