表面麻醉在青光眼小梁切除术中的应用

Application of the topiocal anesthesia in the trabeculectomy

目的 评估采用表面麻醉进行青光眼小梁切除术的有效性和安全性。方法 对86例138眼各型青光眼采用0. 5爱尔卡因行表面麻醉下梁切除术,观察麻醉效果、术中生命体征变化和术中、术后并发症。结果 138眼中133眼占 96.4%均能很好地配合手术顺利完成,仅5眼无法正常合作需追加筋膜囊下浸润麻醉占3.6%。所有病人在手术过程中心律及血压没有明显的变化,术中、术后未出现严重的并发症。结论 表面麻醉对青光眼小梁切除术是一种麻醉效果好、安全性高、并发症状少、适应症范围广的麻醉方法。适当的术前病例选择和患者的心理准备是必要的。

Objective To evaluate the reliability and efficacy and safety of topical anesthesia intrabeculectomy for glaucoma.Methods 138 eye of 86 cases glaucoma were performed trabecullectomy undertopical anesthesia with 0.5% alcaine eyedrop. The efficacy of topical anesthesia and change in vitalsigns and intraoperative or postoperative complications were observed.
