大肠癌根治术后静脉化疗的并发症

The complications of portal chemotherapy after radical resection for colorectal cancer

大肠癌根治切除术后仍有20～30%病例死于肝转移。为预防肝转移,肃清早已散落在门脉系膜的癌巢,在手术切除病灶后,在门静脉置入化疗管,术后七天持续滴入5-FU,预防肝转移效果满意,但治疗中有并发症,统计177例其中编入治疗组108例、69例对照组。并发症为内出血15例、肝功能损害19例、消化功能影响4例。治疗组108例无出现门脉高压、门脉炎等。治疗组、对照组均痊愈出院。

There were 20～30% of colorectal cancer patients died of liver metastases after thesurgery. To prevent liver metastasis and clean up the metastases spread in the portal vein area, weconducted chemotherapy after the resection.
