副乳腺的高频二维超声诊断

High-Frequency Two-Dimensional Ultrasonography Diagnosis of Accessory Breast

目的 探讨应用高频二维超声显像诊断副乳腺。方法 对经手术病理证实的22例副乳腺,根据受检时期不同声像图特点进行回顾性分析。结果 副乳腺二维声像图特点大都位于腑窝,位置表浅,边界不整齐,无包膜,回声在不同时期受内分泌的影响而表现各异,超声诊断与手术病理符合率100%。结论 使用高频二维超声是诊断副乳腺的一种有效方法。
