前列腺癌特异性基因DD3^(PCA3)的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 DD3PCA3 是一种非编码RNA的基因 ,定位于 9q2 1～ 2 2染色体。它为前列腺癌特异性基因之一 ,DD3PCA3 mRNA仅在前列腺癌细胞中表达 ,而在其他正常组织和癌组织以及细胞系中均不表达。现就DD3PCA3 基因结构和功能、DD3PCA3 mRNA实验室检测技术以及临床意义作一综述。DD3PCA3 mRNA有望成为前列腺癌早期诊断和预后监测的有价值标志物。
